PLEASE NOTE:
* You must have the appropriate, corresponding version of CodeManager® installed in order for these updates to work. For example, for the CodeManager 2012 Q1 Patch to work you must have CodeManager 2012 Q1 (CodeManager® 2012 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT® Coding Quarter 1) installed.
* CodeManager® Update notices are emailed to everyone who has registered to receive update notices, regardless of which, if any, version of CodeManager® you have. If you receive a notice for a version of CodeManager® that you do not have, please ignore the notice.
* For 2012 there is one CD version of CodeManager available - CodeManager® 2012 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT® Coding. This is the product referred to below as CodeManager® 2012. For example, CodeManager® 2012 Q1 is the same as CodeManager® 2012 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT® Coding Quarter 1.

To apply the update to your installed version of CodeManager:
1. Click the link for the appropriate update for your product:
If you have CodeManager 2012 Q1 (with Netter's Atalas of Human Anatomy): Patch CodeManager® 2012 Q1
If you have CodeManager 2011 Q3 (with Netter's Atalas of Human Anatomy): Update to CodeManager® 2011 Q4
2. Select the "Save" option. Save the file to your local hard drive. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2012Q1Patch.exe. When the download is complete, if given the option, select "Open Folder" to navigate to the saved file.
3. If you were not given the "Open Folder" option, navigate to the saved file. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2012Q1Patch.exe
4. Double-click the CodeManager2012Q1Patch.exe file to run it. Depending on your security settings an "Open File Security Warning" may appear when you double-click on the file. If this occurs click the "Run" button.
5. An extraction dialog box will appear. Enter or browse to a destination directory for the extracted files, then click the "Unzip" button. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2012Q1Patch\. When the "Finished" dialog box appears, click "OK".
6. Browse to the directory containing the extracted files. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2012Q1Patch\. Double-click or "Run" the CodeManagerProPatchSetup.msi or setup.exe file to install the update.
