* CodeManager^® Update notices are emailed to all CodeManager^® users who have registered to receive update notices, regardless of which version of CodeManager^® you have. If you receive a notice for a version of CodeManager^® that you do not have, please ignore the notice.

* For 2010 there is one version of CodeManager available - CodeManager^® 2010 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT^® Coding. This is the product referred to below as CodeManager^® 2010. For example, CodeManager^® 2010 Q3 is the same as CodeManager^® 2010 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT^® Coding Q3.

* You must have the appropriate, corresponding previous version of CodeManager^® installed in order for these updates to work. For example, for the CodeManager 2010 Q3 Update to work you must have CodeManager 2010 Q2 (CodeManager^® 2010 with Netter's Atlas of Human Anatomy for CPT^® Coding Q2) installed. This update will NOT update CodeManager 2009 to CodeManager 2010 Q3 nor CodeManager 2010 Q1 to Q3.

1. Click the link for the appropriate update for your product:

If you have CodeManager 2010 Q2 (with Netter's Atalas of Human Anatomy): Update to CodeManager^® 2010 Q3

If you have CodeManager 2010 Q1 (with Netter's Atalas of Human Anatomy): Update to CodeManager^® 2010 Q2

2. Select the "Save" option. Save the self-extracting zip file to your local hard drive. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2010Q3Update.exe. When the download is complete, if given the option, select "Open Folder" to navigate to the saved file.

3. If you were not given the "Open Folder" option, navigate to the saved file. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2010Q3Update.exe

4. Double-click the CodeManager2010Q3Update.exe file to run it. Depending on your security settings an "Open File Security Warning" may appear when you double-click on the file. If this occurs click the "Run" button.

5. After the file starts an extraction dialog box will appear. Enter or browse to a target directory for the extracted files, then click the "Unzip" button. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2010Q3Update\. When the "Finished" dialog box appears, click "OK".

6. Browse to the directory containing the extracted files. For example: C:\My Documents\CodeManager2010Q3Update\. Double-click or "Run" the setup.exe file to install the Q3 update.
